Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital comic books, graphic novels, and related digital assets are final.

• No Refunds: Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Technical Issues: If you experience any issues with your download (e.g., a corrupted file or a broken link), please contact us at travis@travisvandervelden.com with your order number. We will ensure you receive a functional copy of your purchase.

• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital item twice in the same transaction, please reach out to us within 48 hours for a refund of the duplicate charge.

License of Use

By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the files is strictly prohibited.
